In a recent interview, Amponsah expressed deep frustration over the baseless allegations, which he says have caused him immense emotional distress.
Kofi B, a beloved highlife musician, passed away in 2020, leaving a void in Ghana’s music industry. However, instead of mourning in peace, Amponsah found himself at the center of malicious gossip, with some social media users suggesting he played a role in Kofi B’s death for personal gain. “It’s painful to hear people say such things,” Amponsah shared. “Kofi B was not just a colleague but a brother to me. Why would I ever wish him harm?” he questioned.
